At Lil' Crop Tops, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processes, timelines, and any applicable fees.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Custom or personalized orders may take an additional 5-7 business days for production.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow the delivery status. You can also track your order on our website under the "Track My Order" section.
Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for personalized orders. We are not responsible for such delays, but we will do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at lilcroptops@gmail.com. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered, Lil' Crop Tops is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or has been stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
